Kyle Wilson
Real Estate Development - Construction Management - Facilities Management

About Kyle
Kyle Wilson grew up in American Fork, Utah, where he was a member of the national championship American Fork Drumline. From a young age Kyle was involved in a number of ambitious pursuits, including starting the first successful parkour coaching program in the state of Utah by partnering with the American Fork Recreation Center.
While earning a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management at BYU, Kyle worked to develop an expertise in real estate. He served as the president of Joseph Thomas Services, a facilities management company with over 250,000 square feet in a diverse portfolio, while also participating in numerous clubs and competitions. He played a role in starting the BYU real estate design and development (REDD) club, competed in the NAHB's national development competition, and was selected as a finalist in the Utah Real Estate Challenge; the only undergraduate team to do so. Wanting to apply his growing knowledge, he identified and purchased an investment property in Provo, as well as created a fourplex to be built in his alma mater city. Kyle also obtained his Utah real estate license, which he used to gain experience as a property manager and sales agent.
Shortly before earning his degree, Kyle accepted a job with the Woodbury Corporation as a property manager, where he manages over 300,000 square feet of retail and office space.
Kyle lives in West Jordan with his wife, Gaetana, and baby girl, Mariana. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing rugby, drumming, and parkour.
